Diesel prices: world oil prices recover recent losses
Wednesday 7th January 2009Last week world oil prices rose steadily as the market responded to tensions in the Middle East and the dispute between Russia and Ukraine over gas supplies.
Contract bulk diesel prices have yet to respond to world markets and averaged 80 pence per litre (ppl) on Friday 2 January. Contract gas oil prices averaged 36.54 ppl.
