Digital tachographs: time change
Friday 23rd October 2009Operators are reminded that on Sunday (25 October) the clocks go back one hour at 01:00hrs.
This means that local UK time will revert back to being the same as UTC (Universal Time Co-ordinated) - the time by which all digital tachographs record driver and vehicle activity. Drivers should be reminded of the change to ensure their manual entries input into the digital tachograph are made in local time.
