Commercial Motor linked up with ATS Euromaster to bring an Autumn Roadshow of legal seminars up and down the country to keep you informed about all the latest legal developments affecting your operation. The tour kicked off in Scotland, before taking in locations at Wakefield, Newport, Heathrow and Cambridge. Assembled were a top team of speakers, delivering insights into road transport legislation.

The keynote was speaker Traffic Commissioner Nick Jones in Newport Wales speaker, who was joined on the platform by James Backhouse and a representative from Vosa to review enforcement issues

The seminars included:

• A briefing from the TC on recently introduced and forthcoming legislation in the road transport sector, the issues that give them particular concern and the hot topics that are likely to put you and your company under the microscope.
  
• An examination of the major issues facing fleets today and a look ahead at the legislation just around the corner - led by James Backhouse of leading transport law firm Backhouse Jones.
  
• A Vosa representative talking about enforcement issues and explaining the key concerns of road transport enforcement officers.
