Road haulage prospects
Wednesday 19th August 2009The prospects for Road Haulage for the next two years are a direct reflection of the likely course of the UK economy.
Statistics recently published for the industry indicate the volumes declined in 2008 by 2%. The longer term projection is that the volume of goods moved will increase by 7% over the five years from 2008 to 2013. However the increase will only start once the recovery from the recession take effect.
