Road safety for pedestrians and cyclists: NAO study expected in Spring 2009
Tuesday 17th March 2009The National Audit Office (which is responsible for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness with which public money is used)
is currently undertaking a study into the effectiveness of the Department for Transport's programme of activities to improve road safety for pedestrians and cyclists and its working arrangements with delivery bodies and other stakeholders. Its report is expected in Spring 2009.
