Scottish ferries review: online business survey

The Scottish Government is currently undertaking a review of all of Scotland's internal ferry services

with the intent of using the findings to help shape future strategic plans for transport services. Some members will have already been approached directly for their views. However, the Government is keen for any business that uses any of the current services to provide input to the review. Members using these services are encouraged to complete an online survey which covers topics such as your own satisfaction with current ferry services or what improvements could be made to benefit your business. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and will be open until 30 June. To maintain confidentiality, the information will be combined and will contain no reference to any individual business.
