Senior Traffic Commissioners revised Statutory Guidance and Statutory Directions
Friday 9th December 2011The Office of the Traffic Commissioner has now made available the updated Statutory Guidance and Directions for all holders of HGV and PCV Operator Licences after 4 December 2011.
All Operators should review the guidance and ensure that they continue to comply with legislation governing road transport.
With particular importance, Operators should review the guidance on Financial Standing and the new ways in which to satisfy the financial standing test.
Furthermore as from the 1 January 2012 the financial standing required per vehicle is changing to;
