New 'fit notes' to replace sick notes from 6 April 2010
Wednesday 10th February 2010A new regime to be introduced from 6 April 2010 will mean that medical statements issued by doctors will now allow for a consideration not only of whether an individual is unfit for work, but also of whether the individual may be able to do some work based on their doctor's assessment of their particular health condition.
End of temporary relaxation of enforcement of drivers' hours and working time rules
