VOSA announces that changes to OCRS will be delayed

In accordance with the FTA, VOSA has advised that changes to the Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) system (VOSA’s enforcement targeting tool) will not be introduced on 30 April 2012 as planned.

OCRS Imminent Changes Ahead

OCRS (Operator Compliance Risk Score) is VOSA’s primary enforcement tool against both goods and passenger vehicle operators. It has been in place since 2006 and from the 30 April 2012, VOSA is introducing a series of changes in the way scores are calculated and the system operated, making it more accurate, more robust and more flexible.
