VOSA announces that changes to OCRS will be delayed
Friday 27th April 2012In accordance with the FTA, VOSA has advised that changes to the Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) system (VOSA’s enforcement targeting tool) will not be introduced on 30 April 2012 as planned.
OCRS Imminent Changes Ahead
Thursday 19th April 2012OCRS (Operator Compliance Risk Score) is VOSA’s primary enforcement tool against both goods and passenger vehicle operators. It has been in place since 2006 and from the 30 April 2012, VOSA is introducing a series of changes in the way scores are calculated and the system operated, making it more accurate, more robust and more flexible.
Health and Safety Executive delays intervention fee
Thursday 5th April 2012The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has announced that the planned introduction date of the “Fee for Intervention” (FFI) scheme is to be put back until “the next available opportunity”, probably until October of 2012.
