On 14 November 2018 we hosted the next in the series of our webinars aimed at operators in the PCV and HGV sectors.
Presented by Jonathan Backhouse, Laura Smith and Brett Cooper, the webinar began by focussing on driver health management and driver welfare, including what is, and what isn’t being done to look after our drivers – whether this be health related conditions or post-accident management.
Laura Smith then updated us on holiday pay and overtime and what should be included in the calculation for average holiday pay.
Brett Cooper then discussed the uncertainty over BREXIT and how operators can amend their contracts to help with this .
