Any accident involving your vehicles or employees is a stressful experience and one that requires a careful and considered approach whether the accident is of a minor nature or one with catastrophic consequences. Having a plan in place before an accident occurs is critical to an effective response. In this course we will explore the steps that should be taken in the immediate aftermath of an accident that will help operators in formulating a policy and provide you with the tools to deal with the consequences of an accident in a structured way that takes into account your various legal obligations.
