The DVSA has announced that the work to fix customer reports on the Transport Office Portal (TOP) is taking longer anticipated. This means that Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) customer reports will not now be available from the end of July (as previously indicated) but will be available from ‘early autumn’.
Despite the delay to OCRS reports, operators can still access the following Transport Office Portal services:
DVSA have also confirmed that their enforcement activities will continue, as they can use additional targeting information, such as encounter history.
